Refund policy

As KAPOMA products are food and nutrition products, returns are generally not accepted once delivered.

Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds may be considered if:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Package is tampered with
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery

Reporting Timeline

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order Number
  • Product Images
  • Description of Issue

Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Delivery failure due to customer unavailability

KAPOMA reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after review.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
